Picatso: Public Demo
It's recommended to play the .exe below, but we've also made a browser version for anybody who would prefer to play that version instead
We will be updating the demo to fix a bunch of bugs and to also add some new content near the end of April 2026!
Movement and Controls
- Use WASD to move around; the space is also an alternative for jumping
- Use the scroll wheel to select your paint if you have multiple colors unlocked
- Press E to interact with various objects in the game
- Right-click to shoot the paint that you've currently selected
- Hold down left-click to throw a paint grenade that explodes on impact
Paint Descriptions
- Blue: Makes the surface slippery, so that you can gain greater velocity
- Yellow: Makes the surface bouncy
- Red: Destroys certain objects
This is a public demo made available for our Kickstarter, which has met its funding goal!

Overall, a very good game and I hope that the level after saving the mouse was the last one because I kept dying to the point I'm going to go crazy for it. Though if possible, can you turn off the dialogue after a few deaths. Because the save the mouse and the level after that becomes a bit repetitive when I have to keep pressing buttons to skip the dialogue. But I would rather the dialogue repeat itself for like 3-5 times because I might miss the story.
gotta remind myself to try the game tomorrow, the revelation of my most important opinion is imminent
The demo is very rough around the edges (but thats to be expected of an early build), but the games fun!!
